This film opens with a close up of a man groping a woman's dripping wet breasts, and seems to kind of come back to that same theme regularly throughout the movie. If it's men raping dripping wet women you're after, this one should suit you just fine, averaging about one wet rape scene every 15 minutes, with the remainder of the film made up of cops sitting around the station plotting their next move. 1994 was a good year for rape films.
